<h4>Submission Guidelines:</h4>
<ul>
<li>Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full papers presenting significant research contributions. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:</li>
<li><strong>Paper Length:</strong> Full papers should be 5 to 6 pages, including references.</li>
<li><strong>Formatting:</strong> All submissions must follow the standard IEEE conference paper format. Templates for LaTeX and Word can be found on the IEEE Author Center.</li>
<li><strong>Submission System:</strong> Please submit your manuscript via EDAS.</li>
<li><strong>Important Dates:</strong>

<li>Paper Submission Deadline: August 15, 2026, 23:59</li>
<li>Notification of Acceptance: September 10, 2026, 23:59</li>
<li>Camera-ready Submission: October 1, 2026</li>
<li>Conference Dates: October 30-November 1, 2026</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Each submitted paper will be peer-reviewed by at least three experts in the field. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.</li>
<h4>Journal Recommendation:</h4>

Selected high-quality papers may be recommended to
