  • On-site participation is strongly encouraged. If you are unable to attend in person due to visa or other constraints, you may present by pre-recorded video or join live via Zoom.
  • Pre-recorded video option: Please upload your video to Google Drive (or a similar cloud service) and share access with duzhaoyang@uec.ac.jp by October 16, 2025 (JST). Recommended: MP4, 16:9, ≤15 minutes; include your paper ID in the filename.
