Registration Information
Registration Policy
- ▪ Each Accepted Paper at MEET 2025 must have at least one Author Full Registration at the camera-ready submission deadline of September 30, 2025.
- ▪ Each Author Full Registration can cover 1 Regular Paper.
Visa Support (Invitation Letter)
If you require assistance for visa application (e.g., an invitation letter), please complete your registration first. After payment, email the Publication Chair at duzhaoyang@uec.ac.jp with your payment confirmation attached (screenshot or PDF).
To speed up processing, include the following in your email:
- Subject: MEET 2025 Visa Support – Paper ID (your EDAS Paper ID)
- Attachment: PayPal payment receipt (screenshot or PDF)
- Full name (as in passport) and affiliation
- Paper ID & title, and role (author/attendee)
Notes: Requests are handled for completed registrations only. Incomplete information may delay preparation. Provided personal data will be used solely for issuing visa support documents.

⚠️ Important Notice for Authors
When completing your registration, please make sure to include your Paper ID in the “Address” field of the PayPal payment form. This is essential for us to correctly link your registration with your accepted paper.
MEET 2025 Registration Type
Early Registration (Deadline: September 25,2025): To qualify for the following rates, your registration must be completed online by the indicated deadlines.
⚠️ Each Author Full Registration can cover 1 Regular Paper. Please ensure one of the authors completes the registration.
