The MEET 2025 will be held at

Conference Venue

Conference Rooms
The paper sessions will take place in West Building 10.
Each building is equipped with multiple lecture halls and lounge areas to facilitate discussions among
participants.
Restaurant “Halmonia”
Reception, Banquet, and Lunch on April 25–26 will be held at
Restaurant “Halmonia” (レストラン・ハルモニア),
located on the 3rd floor of the UEC Student Hall.
Participants can enjoy Japanese and international cuisine in a relaxing environment overlooking the
campus.
Hotel Information
Here are a couple of hotel options near Chofu / Chofu-Station (調布駅) for your stay:
- 調布クレストンホテル (Chofu Creston Hotel) — located inside the Parco Building, near to Chofu Station. It offers comfortable Western-style rooms and convenient access to restaurants and shops.
