Presentation Guidelines

• Presentation format: Each paper is allocated 15 minutes for the talk plus 3 minutes for Q&A.
• On-site participation is strongly encouraged. If you are unable to attend in person due to visa or other constraints, you may present by pre-recorded video or join live via Zoom.
• Pre-recorded video option: Please upload your video to Google Drive (or a similar cloud service) and share access with duzhaoyang@uec.ac.jp by October 16, 2026 (JST). Recommended: MP4, 16:9, ≤15 minutes; include your paper ID in the filename.
• Live Zoom option: If you plan to present live online, please contact duzhaoyang@uec.ac.jp by October 16, 2026 (JST) to arrange the session.
• Scheduling requests: If you have a preferred presentation date between October 31–November 1, 2026, please email duzhaoyang@uec.ac.jp as early as possible.
