Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished full papers presenting significant research contributions. Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines:

Submissions must follow the standard IEEE conference paper format and be between 5 to 6 pages in length, including all figures, tables, appendices, and references. Templates for LaTeX and Word are available from the IEEE Author Center. All manuscripts should be submitted via the EDAS system. Each paper will be peer-reviewed by at least three experts. Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore for publication.

Copyright information

IEEE requires all authors or their employers who intend to publish in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library to provide an electronic transfer of the copyright using the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Conference Organizers will continue to contact the IPR Office for all copyright needs and questions. MCE can support any question regarding the initial eCF site registration form and packing list creation. Please visit the following URL to learn more about copyright transfer for your conference.

In order to avoid the loss of copyright by IEEE for your publication, the following copyright must appear either on the copyright page for print proceedings or on the first page viewed when the CD-ROM, DVD or USB drive is accessed.

Copyright and Reprint Permission: Abstracting is permitted with credit to the source. The Publishing Operations team will add the metadata to the papers before posting to IEEE Xplore®.

Copyright details are included below for your reference. If the conference chooses to stamp the papers this will be in addition to the markings provided by the IEEE Publishing Operations team:

Steps for Final Paper Submission

  1. Create your manuscript(s) with its length according to the instructions on the limited number of pages including references and illustrations. IEEE templates are available here.
  2. Before uploading your final manuscript, you must complete the IEEE electronic copyright form (eCopyright Form) through EDAS. Please ensure that the manuscript you upload is a clean version, meaning it does not contain any copyright notice, page numbers, DOI, ISBN, or other metadata. The IEEE Publishing Operations team will automatically add the appropriate copyright notice and metadata when the paper is published on IEEE Xplore®.
  3. Proofread and check layout of manuscript. It is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress.
  4. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account here. The conference ID is 67398X.
  5. Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking.
  6. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
  7. Upload on EDAS the PDF file generated via IEEE PDF eXpress.
