Paper Submission

Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original papers: they must not substantially duplicate work that any of the authors have published elsewhere or have submitted in parallel to journals or any other conferences that have proceedings.

Submissions must be formatted using two-columns and may be up to 6 pages in length, including all tables, figures, appendices, and references. We also welcome 2 page work-in-progress (WIP) short paper submissions. In case of a short submission, please mark ‘[WIP]’ at the beginning of your paper title.

Download the paper form below, and submit the paper by July 10,2025, 23:59 through the Confit submission system below. LaTeX and MS-Word templates for MEET 2025 are available here:
